Return&Refund policy
Please first contact us at service@Dioway.com regarding your issue so that we may assist in the process as well as prepare for your return.Doing this will help expedite your return/exchange. While it is not mandatory that you contact us first it goes a long way to ensure a smooth returns/exchange process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached.It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that are NEVER returnable or exchangeable:
*Worn items
*Label damaged
*Items with torn seams
*Any item that has been altered or worn
*Opened wigs, beards, mustaches, or other artificial hair items.
* No returns or exchanges on costumes.
*Items that smell like smoke or cologne
*Deodorant marks or sweat marks
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return or refund items we accept:
*We accept order cancellation before the product leaves the factory or ships. If the order is cancelled by then, you will get a full refund.
*Received the wrong size
*Wrong item received
*The package has not been opened and has not been used
The above items must not be tried on, otherwise we will not refund.
Return and exchange fees:
If we sent you the wrong item, the item's description/picture was incorrect or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all shipping charges. If you are returning an item for any reason other than the ones stated above, all shipping charges will be billed to you and are not refundable.
MISSING AN ITEM
Check the packing list enclosed in the package.
The items in your order may have been sent in multiple batches.
If the item is lost due to reasons other than parcel distribution, we will provide you with a partial or full refund according to the situation.
RECEIVE REFUND TIME
If you pay by credit card, you will receive a refund within 3-15 days after receiving the refund email (according to the customer-owner credit card company transferring time).
If you pay through Paypal, you will receive the refund on time after you receive the refund email.
Our shop doesn't charge the processing fee.
