1. How long does it take for orders to ship?

Currently, shipments are dispatched within 2-3 business days of your order being placed.

2.How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Depending on your location, please expect 10-15 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

3.Can I cancel my order?

If for some reason you've changed your mind, please immediately reach out to our Customer Service team at service@Dioway.com.  As long as your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel.  Otherwise, we will need to treat it as a return.

4.How to Return?

You have 7 days within date of receipt to reach out to Customer Service to request a return. However, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping services.

We expect all returns to be in their original packaging when shipped back to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to determine if a refund is applicable and will then refund to the original payment method. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for payment to be credited back to you.

Please note that we will not accept any product that has been used by the customer.

5.Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will gladly help you open a case with the carrier and assist in the retrieval process.
